THE SBB PANORAMA WAGON - THE ORIGINAL

In 1991 the SBB Swiss Federal Railways purchased twelve Apm61Pano panorama cars from Schindler Waggon. It runs on a bogie from SIG Schweizer Industriegesellschaft (today SIG Combibloc Services AG). The electrical equipment comes from ABB Asea Brown Boveri.

They are characterized by their large, curved viewing windows that extend into the roof area. The RIC-capable wagons are designed for a travel speed of up to 200 km / h. The 1st class equipment was modernized in 2015 at the SBB Industriewerk Olten and converted to meet new requirements and is now running in the new SBB paint scheme.

They are used in interregional traffic in Switzerland and EuroCity in international train traffic.

THE SBB PANORAMA WAGON

We are now implementing this striking panorama car for you as a model, which is known worldwide beyond the Swiss borders.

First in the new current design, if there is a corresponding demand, we will also implement the "Gotthard Express" and "old version until 2015" version.

Planned delivery has not yet been determined.
